METAFONT files starting "mf-" are used in my version of Knuth's METAFONT logo font, extended to cover the whole alphabet and a couple of punctuation characters. mflogo.mff is a corresponding mff startup file. Either put all of them in their own directory and rename it mff.rc, or put them in global mf and mff directories. It might be amusing to use this font to quote font names -- \font\tenmf=mf10 \newfam\mffam \def\mf{\fam\mffam\tenmf} ... The font {\mf CMR}10 has ... This code is old (mid/late 1989) and I have no particular wish to do anything much with it... I've called it "mf" (for METAFONT) rather than "logo" (a) because there might conceivably be the need for more than one "logo" font in the world, so "logo" was a rather silly name, and (b) to distinguish my (per)version of the logo font from the original.
