This package contains bmeps, a library and command line program to convert
PNG/JPEG/NetPBM to EPS and PDF. There is also partial support for TIFF
files, bmeps can handle those TIFF files which can be read using
the TIFFReadRGBAImage() function from the libtiff library.

This package depends on the dklibs library set, which is used for
localization... and compression.
