Contents of the 00README file
The latest stable version of TIPA is `tipa-1.3'.
Manuals are updated (based on version 1.3) and prepared in
PS and PDF formats. Both use embedded Type1 fonts.
tipaman.ps --- standard manual
tipaman.pdf --- the same, in pdf format
tipaface.pdf --- a document on TIPA Metafont sources; similar to
Knuth's `Computer Modern Typefaces'.
