Contents of the readme file

The files  hebega.com (for EGA)  or  hebvga.com (for VGA)
as well as    keybhe.com
have to be activated under DOS PC, in order to get Hebrew support.

Then a Hebrew - English editor can be used, e.g. the HED
editor included in editor.zip.
