Boris' package is included in the windows95 system contained here.
Use Boris' files for explanation of how to use Hebrew within LaTeX.

You must use the file    readme  in order to successfully install
the package. PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS DURING INSTALLATION
OR USAGE OF THE PACKAGE.
